This allows us to track player achievements and handle NFT ownership across platforms without sacrificing user experience.

YouTube Data Collection and Usage

When creators apply for the WAGMI Defense Creator's Program, we access the following YouTube channel data through the YouTube Data API:

  • Channel ID: Identifies the creator's YouTube channel.
  • Subscriber Count: Verifies eligibility for the program (minimum of 500 subscribers).

This data is collected only with the creator's explicit consent when they provide their YouTube channel ID.

2. How We Use the Data

We use YouTube data solely to:

  • Verify creators' eligibility for the program.
  • Ensure compliance with program requirements.

The data is not used for advertising, marketing, or any purposes unrelated to the functionality and improvement of the program.

3. Data Sharing and Retention

  • Sharing: We do not sell, share, or disclose YouTube data to any third parties except when required by law.
  • Retention: We retain channel IDs and eligibility status for as long as necessary to manage the creator's participation. Subscriber counts are checked dynamically via the API and not stored.

4. Compliance with Google API Policies

Our use of Google user data complies with theGoogle API Services User Data Policy. The data is used exclusively to provide or improve the WAGMI Defense Creator's Program functionality.
